'Community car' seized in Skelton

Last month, your local Neighbourhood Policing Team seized a car on Ampleforth Court, Skelton. Intelligence suggested it was being used as a ‘community car’, which typically means that it is being driven illegally by multiple people. This vehicle was showing with SORN status, uninsured, untaxed, no valid MOT and being driven by persons who are unlicensed.

We therefore seized it and only a legitimate owner with valid documents would be able to retrieve it.
